Postpace

Postpace is an all-in-one collaboration platform built for filmmakers and video teams, helping them manage projects, coordinate tasks, and streamline post-production workflows. As a Co-Founder, I worked across business and product, while leading the Community product. I worked directly with users, turned feedback into product decisions, and owned the design and technical direction of the experience. I led a team of 3–4 people within a wider team of around 20, working across design, development, and business to bring the product to life. The experience taught me how to connect user needs, business goals, design, and technology, and lead a team from idea to execution.
